Training & Operation

Will I be trained how to operate the games?

Our staff will provide operations and safety measures. Prior to rental, each customer will be provided an instruction sheet of operation and safety guidelines to review. Customers will be asked for a signature, acknowledging receipt and understanding of these guidelines. Our rental agreement outlines safety guidelines and states that the customer is responsible for the safety of those using and operating the games.These guidelines should be provided to those supervising the games during the rental. 

What if we have trouble with a game during the event?

Problems are rare, but if your game is not working, first check the electricity, blower and any vents on the game. If problems persist, call us at 402-430-4535 (24/7 while jobs are in progress), and we will diagnose the issue.
